Special Visit.

another big day coming up for us whereby we'll be having a special visit from UniKL. what matter us the most was the people coming together with the trip. this time around, Prof Roslan was not alone. He's together with few others special person coming up to RUA to visit us and see how we've been doing in here.

so, who's that special person going to be.?
we present to you our honorable guest to Phnom Penh, Cambodia;
UniKL Chairman Datuk Dr. Adham Baba,
UniKL President Prof. Dato Dr. Abdul Hakim Juri,
Mrs. Nor Zunaini Deputy Director of UniKL International Office.
Prof. Dr. Roslan Dean of UniKL MIIT.

hahaaa.!~ we're pretty much sure that everyone's having their eyes and mouth wide open reading that UniKL Chairman and President coming to visit us, who're just a mere student currently undergoing their industrial training abroad.
but yes, that's one of the greatest honor given to us on having the guts to fly up 600 miles away to challenge ourself in embracing new kind of experience. =)

and yeah, what happened during their visit.?

UniKL delegation arrived on 20th April at Phnom Penh International Airport escorted by few personnel from Beltei Corporation. these people been in charge over few matters regarding the delegation hospitality since they'll be signing mou later on with UniKL.
we havent really get a chance to meet with them on the first day since they get to the hotel quite late and had to attend a dinner with Beltei Director later on in the evening.

but we woke up eagerly on the next day cause we'll be having a presentation session in front of RUA's rector and UniKL delegation.!
everyone were busy arranging all the documentation needed, checking up their system over and over again to ensure that it'll work perfectly.
some went up to the hall where the meeting will take place to check for the arrangement. everything were double checked to make sure nothing goes wrong and at last, despite having few last minutes changes with RUA the meeting was done perfectly as scheduled.

UniKL delegation arrived at 2.00pm++ at RUA compound escorted by few person from Beltei Corporation. ceremony began by Dr. Bunthan introducing all RUA members that present in the room followed by Datuk Dr. Adham introducing the UniKL delegations.

once both of them finished with the remarks given, Dr. Seng Mom presented a brief report on the designation of our team at RUA and the role that we played.
She explained how MiiTeam served as a team focusing on three main area of development.

after finished, now come the most anxious part. presentation over the project that we had developed here. presented by Basit, audience were brought through every job specification that we had. starting first with the newly designed website, followed by the student information management system(ESIMS) and Library Management System.

everyone were briefly explained about the core functionality of the system and how it help RUA in enhancing their operation. later on, they were shown to a video specially created for them.

hahaa.this slot was a little bit surprising to them since we didnt inform anyone of the slot. =p
within the video, we compiled images of activities that we had for the past 4 months until the recent one. everyone seem so delighted once the video finished.
the pictures shown tell thousand stories of how these four months had made us a better man. =)

later on, RUA proceed with a discussion session with UniKL delegation and after exchanging souvenirs, we take a group photo of everyone holding their certificates together with Datuk Adham, Dato Hakim and Prof Roslan.
and that end the official ceremony of their visit to RUA but we're still not finish yet cause later on in the evening, we'll be having dinner with UniKL delegation at Bopha Titanic.!~

once settled with everything, we went straight back home to change and headed to riverside looking for the Bopha Titanic Restaurant. since we arrived a lil bit early, we had a chance to look around and enjoy the scenery of the restaurant.
its located at the riverside where while enjoying your dinner, you can spot a few boat crossing over the Tonle Sap river.

when Datuk and the rest arrived, we had our wonderful dinner served. there's a lot of foods that being served.!~ we stuffed ourself with the tasty food cooked in Khmer style. that night was so astonishing.!
with the cool breeze showered by bright stars on the skies.
accompanied by laughs and jokes from everyone. aaah.!~ what a great moment that we had.! =)

once settle with everything, we send them off back to hotel and later on taking their flight back to Kuala Lumpur on the next morning.
