Last FIA Meeting

Before we do the final presentation of the FIA website to their Director General, we had our last meeting at FIA with Dr Sochivi to finalize it. In this meeting, we need to check and make sure that everything had been done correctly according to their specifications. Mr Terry and Mr Sokhan also join the meeting.

Firstly, our team members presented the website to the FIA staffs. We demonstrated the prototype and showed the user manual of the website. Finally we asked them if we need to change anything. Dr Sochivi commented about the banner was not suitable for their official website. She requested us to change it and use the previous website’s banner.

Mr Terry and Mr Sokhan quite satisfied with our work. They want us to proceed with transferring the information from the website into the new one to see if it is compatible or not. They also required us to make the website in Khmer language mode, but we told them that we it was not possible for us to do it in time. We discussed about this matter and lastly they told us it is fine to proceed with the current one.

The meeting went well accept for some minor arguments about the website which we managed to fix it. At last, we were given the permission to proceed and make preparations for the final presentation.
