Salam Idul-Adha from us, Cambodia Team
July 2012. I take this opportunities to tell a story about our activities during Hari Raya. Last week, we student of UniKL in
cambodia together with Professor Dr Roslan, Mr Fairul Iskandar, Miss Fiza and
few student from Malaysia have the opportunity to celebrate Eid al-Adha at
Kampot Province near Phnom Penh, This province is Muslim village in Cambodia to
do our ritual "Korban" at that village. We all depart from Phnom Penh
on Thursday morning to get there. at our evening together with the villagers
helping each other’s provide a food to eat with them at the night. we so lucky
because our chef to cook Mr. Fairul Iskandar, Staff from UniKL, assisted by all
of us student of UniKL. At that day we cook a lot of food such as "Daging
Gulai Kurma", "Daging Masak Kunyit", "Vegetable Mamak
Style" and "Gearbox Soup". Sound delicious right?? hehehe... we
so happy there because our Prof also cook with us. All villagers just see we
cook with our style. After finish we eat together and all villagers said that
all food is delicious. Of course delicious, look who cook for
them.. Chef Fairul Iskandar, our next Malaysian Masterchef. hehehe... no
need to right a lot of word.. just we show the picture to show to all of u
about the "Korban". by the way we "Sembelih" 16 cows on
that day.. so manyyyy....... but we do it soooo fast.. they all so profesional
to "sembelih". ehehe..
