Network and PC Maintenance Training

On 23 march 2013, network training for staff in the FIA being done. starting at 9.30 am until 4.00 pm, the purpose of this training is to share information and train staff in the FIA to familiarize themselves with the hardware and software about computer and laptop.

In the morning, we start by sharing information about the computer hardware and software. hardware such as the processor, RAM, hard disk, and so on. after that, information about software, preferred to the application software and maintenance such as CCleaner, registry mechanic, startup, msconfig, and others.

After a break in the afternoon, we decided to teach about viruses, malware and how to remove it manually. Just using cmd and task manager, a virus is able to be removed without the use of anti-virus.

After he had finished training about the virus, we describe about spyware and malware, such as a keylogger, when someone typed using the keyboard, such as keylogger spyware will record each button is pressed and keep in a hidden directory. We use an application called Desktopshark for example keylogger.

After that we teach about remote desktop, control devices such as laptops use mobile phones and laptops, which are used as examples of applications such as teamviewer.

After finish the training, all the staff fell very happy because they learn about new things and they can practice this knowledege everytime their pc got problem. We all also fell very happy to share knowledge and information with them.
