Monday's blues.

its monday again, and like everyone else, we're soo lazy to get to work. yet again, life must be continue and responsibilities must be fulfilled. a presentation was scheduled today with the university representative to discuss for our progress currently.

RUA representative lead by Mr. Lytour since Dr. Sengmom was not around. we start the session with presentation for the website. showing the new style for button and the text presentation. also including some new features for showing the picture gallery of university's activities. being requested from last time, to have something that'll become the trademark of the university. some sort of picture or logo but still havent found any match for the time being. nonetheless,  they're all pretty much happy with the new style compared to the previous one. whereby the standard has match with their requirement. just need to work out on some styling over the theme color and the navigation bar.

next up was the student information management system. explained how the main function work beside the additional function that it have. few changes of the original design will be done to adapt will the standard operating procedure that they have in here. will remove the subject registration features from the system and replace it with class time table.

next in line, the library management system. presented from the view of each privileges setup in the system. student, librarian and system admin view of the system clearly shown.

all of the progress report has satisfied the university but still we're racing against time. a demo session was setup to be done in front RUA rector, vice rector and dean of faculties. session requested to be done on 7th March at the conference room. still awaiting confirmation from the rector's office for his availability.

presentation finished at somewhere before the afternoon where we later continue with assembling the fiber cable for temporary connection between IT centre and the video conferencing room at the graduate school. thanks to few students that comes and help climbing up the roof and tree to fix the cable.
