The Department Meeting

      The Rangers is still busy with our ongoing project which is the RUA website itself. After the draft and prototype is shown to Dr Seng Mum and she is very happy with it, and of course with a slight changes need to be make. We then divide our task for programming and design for the new template of the website according to demand, and this time we integrate all in dreamweaver. Each day there will be a new improvement on our website template. We have to work hard for the website as on the 15 september we will have a big meeting with all the RUA board of director and head of department by each faculty.

The day is come on 15 september as the earlier morning at 10 am, we come earlier to the chancellor meeting room to get prepare for the presentation with 15 person of head of department. We prepare lcd projector and our laptop before one by one the head of department walk in to the room with files and papers on their hand. They sat and prepare to listen to what we gonna present to them with eager and patient. Khai as our leader started the presentation with addressing Dr Seng Mum and the rest head of department.

We showed page by page of the website template to all of the audience and explained to them how to use the template and how to update by them self with what we have thoughts in our Dreamweaver class. They all take notes as this is important for them as they are the one who going to updates the website by each faculty later on and they should now how to open the HTML file and edit it. Even we have completed the 1st phase of the template but there are still few more changes need to be made.

After more then 1hours presenting the template to the audience, we then showing them our idea to create corporate video for the university. Its Malaysian local university corporate video that we showing them as an example on what is video corporate would be look like. We also give rough idea of storyboard for the RUA video corporate and let them to decide the storyboard. They are all happy and interested with the video corporate idea as it is very useful for them to use in the future, as a medium to promote RUA and to present RUA for local or for international levels. We do hope RUA will give full cooperation to us in developing this project in days to come.-kly
